The price for small space is a function of a number of factors; land cost, building material cost, local labor costs, and specialty improvements to name a few.
Because of these factors, pricing will vary from location to location. The final size of space and length of lease term will also impact the final monthly rent.
Affordable
ISW will strive to keep cost down by efficient, straightforward design in the use of standard materials, competitive bidding all of the subcontracting work and acquiring land sites at below market prices for desirable, accessible locations.
All quoted rents will be on a monthly basis and will be NNN (tenant will be responsible for their pro-rata real estate taxes, insurance, and common area maintenance costs).
