Yes! We provide you an open, clean, efficient configuration and you can make non-structural improvements after we approve your plans.

Your monthly rent covers the use of your space. You will also be responsible for your separately metered utilities, and your pro rata share of real estate taxes, insurance and common area maintenance costs.

We offer a typical lease term as short as one year but can provide longer if needed.

Our typical unit is 1200 ft.² with one 12′ x 14′ drive-in door.  Larger spaces are typically in increments of an additional 1200 ft.² up to an entire building.

Most industrial and light industrial uses are allowed.  Just contact us and we will provide a definitive response for you.
